Today’s Find Your Flow message is a reminder to trust your knowing.
Here are three things to focus on when there is something you want:
1. Allow yourself to hold space for everything coming together.
2. Hold the vision clearly for what you would love to create.
3. Trust your own information and timing.
Even when something may not make sense logically to someone else, you get to own how you move in your creative energy and what feels best for you.
This is something I’ve been living with lately as we’re moving forward on our new home. There are so many pieces and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed. During these times, nothing is more important than your belief and your grounding.
Whether you’re in the middle of a transition or see one on the horizon, take a deep breath and trust your timing.
It’s never worth settling. Yes, there will be compromises- but what I’m finding is with the next step that really suits you, it may not feel like a compromise. It can feel like you’re truly gaining so much. There will be and you should expect benefits and drawbacks to everything so that you don’t find yourself surprised. I’m trading a luxurious building for the luxury of more space. I’m looking ahead to what feels unsettling at times and seeing how the new home actually serves my current season of life even more.
It’s interesting there are so many things in this home I didn’t think I would say yes to, but I don’t feel like I’m settling. In fact, I feel so inspired by the potential and grateful for the experience.
A friend said, “think of this as collecting data and a bridge. You can’t know everything before making a move.” That is so true. I feel more at ease than I thought I could.
For you, whether it’s a home, a relationship, a career change, a healing you keep waiting to feel — know your time will come in its perfect way for you.
And, what steps can you continue to take today to educate yourself, to set yourself up to say yes, to prepare…?
I’ve caught myself throughout this multiple year journey having that pull to just make it happen already.
The patience and clarity I gained through the process of trusting my knowing is what has really carried me.

Remember, when something is truly meant for you, you don’t need stress to call it in.
You need clarity about what you want.
You need commitment — steady, consistent, unhurried.
And you need to stay connected to the outcome without gripping it so tightly.
There’s a difference between being attached to something and being connected to it.
Attachment says: I won’t be okay if this doesn’t happen.
Connection says: I believe in this. I’m moving toward it. I trust the process while I stay engaged and encouraging it, without pushing.
That neutrality isn’t indifference. It isn’t giving up. It is one of the highest, most practiced forms of trust I know.
Believing in yourself isn’t what happens when things are going well. It’s what you choose when they’re not — yet.
Here are a few questions for you:
- What would it feel like to want it deeply — and hold it loosely at the same time?
- Where are you forcing an outcome or trying so hard to hold something together?
- How is that serving you? What is it costing you?
- Where in your life right now are you running on stress when you could be running on clarity?
- And what would it feel like to trust yourself just a little more fully today?
If you need any 1:1 or group support, feel free to reply. I’m here to be on your team.
Get clear. Stay committed. Dream it fully. And trust that what is truly right for you is already on its way.
With love,
Laurin
