Today’s Find Your Flow message is about the seasons that don’t quite look like struggle…but don’t yet feel like full momentum either.
I know for me I was in an in-between season for quite sometime. About a year ago, I finally leaned into the gifts that this season offers. I realized rather than always trying to rush into the future, there were so many opportunities of learning about who I was, how I settle in slow moments, how present I allow myself to be that were really important areas of growth to lean into. I also realized that once it’s over, you’re in full motion again—until you’re not. This is a cycle that’s to be expected.
Remember, things never stay the same—especially when you honor where life is calling you to grow.
For you:
- When you have time, do you rush to fill it?
- Do you struggle to be present in your body and environment?
- How clear do you feel about the current season of your life?
- Are you focused more on the doubt, avoiding or discovery and trust?
The season I’m referring to today often follows a level of completion. Deep fulfillment or purpose that’s been satisfied until you move into the next sphere of being. This is where you tend to have more external validation, support and celebration.
Then, there’s a season of presence of taking everything in that you’ve accomplished. Before you re-enter discomfort, there’s a quiet preparation of where you’re being called to expand. You’re not always clear yet, but you’re starting to take notice that your capacity has expanded…and you’re ready for something more.
This is the season where you’re learning a new way of being. A more subtle, sustainable and aligned day-to-day that honors your rhythm, your timing, your nervous system, your desire for healing and structure. There is so much happening.
You may start noticing yourself choosing differently — not perfectly, not every time — but with more awareness.
Maybe it looks like:
- Going to bed a little earlier… turning the lights down instead of overstimulating yourself at night.
- Pausing before you respond, instead of reacting the way you used to.
- Creating small pockets of space in your day where there used to be none.
- Setting a boundary — even if your voice shakes a little when you do it.
- Setting up structures for your self-care and lifestyle choices.
- Letting go of habits that once felt normal but no longer feel aligned.
- Becoming even more intentional with your time, energy and conversations.

You might find yourself reading more, reflecting more, meditating more…needing more quiet than you used to.
This is the season where your awareness is expanding faster than your external life is changing. This is everything for creating massive external shifts that are truly aligned later.
And that can feel confusing, because from the outside, it may look like not much is happening. But internally, everything is reorganizing.
You’re increasing your self-trust.
You’re learning what actually feels good in your body — and what doesn’t.
Your standards begin to rise.
Your confidence becomes quieter… but more authentic.
This is you really expanding, knowing and loving yourself in a new way.
It’s the part that’s easy to overlook — or rush through. It’s you no longer forcing yourself into who you think you should be…and start aligning with who you actually are.
You allow yourself to ask the tough questions. You dig deeper. You get curious when you feel rigid. You look at what would it take to choose healthier, more sustainable habits.
So if you’re in a season where things feel subtle… ask yourself:
- Where is there intentional growth happening?
- Where in your life are you already showing up differently — even in small ways?
- What new habits, rhythms, or boundaries are you gently learning to hold?
- Where might you allow yourself to move a little more slowly… and a little more intentionally?
You’re not stalled—you’re integrating. Your are becoming someone new.
If you feel like you’re in this in-between space and want support — whether 1:1 or in a group — you’re always welcome to reach out. I’m here to support you.
You are building something meaningful–even if it’s not fully visible yet.
Keep trusting yourself.
With love,
Laurin
