As we move into the holidays, it’s a great time for reflection, gratitude and opening up for change if desired and as needed.
I know for myself, I don’t always love change initially. It weighs heavily on my heart and in my body to make decisions. Especially when I feel unclear.
What I’ve come to discern is that it’s where we’re making decisions from that really matters. And, that patience and trust are necessary components as well.
If it’s just from your head and you over-analyze, it’s challenging to know what to do and you may just find yourself spinning in circles.
If it’s just from your knowing, you may be clear overall, but then how can you guide that information to practically take action.
First, let’s reflect.
I invite you to think through these different categories.
Is there anything you’re currently tolerating that you wish were different?
- Work life
- Family life
- Home environment
- Staff
- Support team and Services
- Physical body
- Nutritional/Hormonal Health
- Spiritual Health
- Financial Health
- Friends and Peer Group
- Time-wise
- Habits that are no longer serving you?
What is no longer working for you?
If you were making a new decision Today, what would you choose or want to manifest now? Would it be the same as you have now?
Second, Gaining Present Time Clarity:
write down and reflect on the following questions:
How is your current reality holding you back? What are you worried about? What are you holding onto with the status quo?
Where is your comfort level with what you have now? What sense of security does it provide? What feeling of community (even if it’s not your ideal) does it provide?
Where have you disassociated from areas of life that matter to you so you could get away without being accountable for awhile?
Does that instant gratification serve you long-term?
What change could you make?
And, what are you potentially gaining with the new/next decision?
What would it feel like to have exactly what you want that truly works for who you are today??
Third, Connect & Flow:
Do what allows you to be at ease and in your light.
Meditate, spend time in nature, get grounded.
What allows you to feel most connected and authentic?
How can you lovingly hold space for yourself, your desires and your communication with others?
From this space, you’d be amazed what comes to you.
Once you gain clarity on what you want and what’s possible with this change and fully embrace that it’s time, then it’s time to plan from your knowing. This is how things can fall into place even more easily than figuring things out.
Let’s close out 2024 intentionally and in a way that sets you up for the most growth and success into 2025.
Change doesn’t always happen overnight either, this can be a process of collecting your thoughts and giving space for what you desire to grow.
With love,
Laurin xx
