Your light is the most nourishing, fulfilling and clarifying space you have.
Here’s when to choose getting connected to your light:
- Life doesn’t seem to be working out how you want
- Stuck in the future or the past
- Stuck in judgment
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Have other people’s information in your space
- Believing you have to, need to and should vs what you’d love
- Scattered and wanting to do multiple things at once
- Lacking sleep
- Feeling sick
These are the times to clear your space out energetically and sit with yourself.

When you feel any of the above, remember you’re just not present and connected to your light. It really IS that simple.
It’s the practice, commitment and consistency that takes time to master.
What’s the benefit of your light?
1. Allows you to be present, build awareness and grow
You build presence by sitting with yourself. This means allowing space for multiple things to be true all at once in awareness and presence rather than a need to change who you are, life’s circumstances or how you’re feeling.
There may be parts of you that are frustrated, afraid and ones that are curious, excited… There’s a whole spectrum and until you build awareness there are unconscious energies affecting your flow state.
2. Builds self-worth and self-acceptance.
The key is learning you don’t need anyone or any feeling to go away to be in your light. All that’s needed is a shift from judging or hiding to witnessing and allowing that brings a space for love, flow and ease. With your light and flow, you’re in your purpose and fulfillment.
3. Builds bandwidth and space with others
The more you get to know and love yourself, the easier it is to be with and accept others.
You don’t have to want all the same choices, you can separate energetically and be in gratitude for your matches where you judge too, see where you’re afraid in the same way, have the same challenges…Seeing and then separating from these matches and choosing your light allows you to keep moving forward and being you. And, the best part is feeling whole while being you rather than feeling fragmented or like something is missing.
4. Move from should and need to love to
After you clear your space and feel access to yourself in your light. You feel at ease throughout your body and feel grounded where you are in present time, that’s when you visit your heart and ask for information:
“What would you love?”
What would you love at this moment?
What would you love to create?
How would you love to feel?
When you trust yourself completely, what would you love?
Your answer may be super simple and it can be in depth.
And, sometimes I choose something that I can feel right now and I open up space for something else I would love ______. That may be something larger that won’t come in right away and I just feel the vibration of having it.
Examples may be ‘I would love my light today, I would love ease, I would love a home, I would love to write effortlessly…’
The key here is to access your crown and heart energy of what you would truly love from your knowing and your heart.
As you fully let in and fill up with your light you will experience poise, presence, inspiration, gratitude and enthusiasm for what you truly desire.
