Hi,
Today I’d like to share a meditation that I learned from a school in India that I’ve studied a lot with over the last 15 years.
When I was going through a challenging break up and a really tough time in my life, I used to use this meditation daily, probably for close to 2 years. And then as I studied other meditation styles more deeply I paused this one.
I was sitting and reflecting this past weekend about all the tools that have been helpful to me on my journey at different times and this meditation popped in.
I was having some difficulty seeing a possible solution that felt like a win-win for all parties involved. It started to feel hard to come up with something that felt clear and guided. The harder I allowed myself to feel it was, the further away I got from my knowing, clarity and possibility, and the more deeply entrenched I became in fear, doubt and a discerning mind.
I recommended we do this meditation together, and it helped both of us move out of doubt (that can easily build up to resentment and withdrawal if we’re not conscious) so that we could reconnect and see soulfully guided possibilities.
I forgot how much I loved it and wanted to share it with you too.
I invite you to take 15 minutes for yourself and see what results you get for yourself. The different breath patterns are meant to balance your autonomic nervous system and move you in a new space for your being.
Enjoy!
xx, Laurin
