Raw Vegan Cauliflower Soup

Here’s a quick, simple and healthy recipe with just a handful of ingredients. 

Cauliflower has become extremely popular and is now used as an alternative for almost anything, from pizza crust, to tortillas, to cauliflower “steaks” and “wings”.

It’s for good reason this has become such a popular staple. It’s an amazing source of fiber and nutrients. It has vitamin C, B6 and K among others. It has powerful antioxidants and helps with inflammation.

Ingredients for Cauliflower Soup: 

Cauliflower

Coconut milk

Filtered water

Carrots

Onions

Garlic, Salt and Pepper

Optional (can purchase with links below):

Olive oil

Pearl

He shou wu

Put ingredients in your blender and you can eat this raw or heat it up after blending.
