Increase your fulfillment and radiance? 

Kundalini meditations always provide me with the clear-mindedness, clarity, presence and ease I’m seeking in a moment.

This is one of my most popular meditations so I wanted to share it with you. 

(Some of you may have seen this awhile back, or even been there live. Remember, even doing the same meditations consistently can be so impactful.)

It’s also been one of my favorites before speaking engagements and being around a lot of people so I can feel most clear-minded and magnetic. I’ve probably done this over 60 times so wherever this one finds you…the magic comes with the consistency. 

I invite you to come join me when you can carve out 17 minutes for this meditation for radiance and fulfillment. 

There are so many paths you can take to increase your level of fulfillment, presence and vibration. Today we’re using meditation to assist with your spiritual connection.

Ultimately, in order to increase your fulfillment, presence and connection–what I find most helpful is a three pronged approach. 

1. Practical.

Aligning your current actions with your highest values. Prioritizing your day and perceptions for your ultimate fulfillment.

2. Energetic.

This is all about owning your energetic space around you. Getting to know and love yourself at a new level. Being with your energy also helps you ground and release attachments to certain people, places or ideas. 

3. Spiritual.

This is using meditation as a tool to help you clear a pathway to connect your spiritual body with your physical, auric and emotional body to raise your vibration and radiance. 

Active meditations can help you sort through thoughts and process current and past experiences. This allows you to trust your own information. Helps you to release any shoulds, doubts or overwhelm. 

What I’ve found after completing a meditation is the vibration you’re in allows you to sift through what’s most important and meaningful for you. It helps you choose how you want things to be.
