Today’s message is about checking in with yourself about how you show up for external engagements and projects so you can stay in your flow as often as possible.
When you say yes to someone, or go to an outing or event, are you aware of your energy?
If you start working on a project does it flow through your creative channels and crown for inspiration? Or, do you tend to get blocked in need, survival or identity pictures?
There’s your external energy: meaning is this something you would truly love to say yes to?
And, there’s your inner energy: are you filled up enough to show up fully?
Of course, sometimes you may say yes because it logically makes sense (it’s just an extra stop I’m already on the way and maybe a good friend you truly want to see mentioned an idea), or you’re used to staying busy (so you just add in one more outing) or you don’t want to disappoint someone, but the goal is to bring awareness to your energy and decisions even more often.

When you do say yes out of habit or obligation you can still shift your energy to show up in an aligned, connected and grateful way versus feeling depleted.
There are energy centers that influence how you feel, how you show up, where you feel blocked, judged or not good enough, where/how you feel lack whatever area that may be in.
I haven’t talked about chakras in awhile but it’s incredible how they influence our lives in so many ways: known and unknown. You can also shift very quickly into opening yourself up, finding your flow again and feeling connected, nurtured and ready to show up open-hearted, clear-minded and in your unique flow.
