Today’s find your flow is about honoring and taking care of yourself.
What ways could you most support yourself?
It is it in your communications? Career? Physical body? Moving through mental and emotional noise?
Where could you use even more consistency?
Is there a conversation you want to have?
Is there something that you’re tolerating that’s no longer serving you the way it once did?
Are there appointments you’ve been putting off or just haven’t gotten around to?
What would feel nourishing and healing for you?
What would help inspire you?
What friendships do you value that you could invest time honoring this week?
I got a concussion two weeks ago saying yes to something I knew wasn’t quite aligned for me and my physical body. I watched tons of kids and adults go down this giant slip and slide and while it looked fun I knew it wasn’t worth it. I finally decided to say yes because my almost 2 year old was pointing at it and the woman before me squirted all this soap on it. Well I slipped and from standing went straight back on my head and I’ve been feeling challenged since.

I’m taking a deep breath and having meaningful conversations I’ve been ignoring or where I’m not quite honoring my whole truth. I’m investing time, energy and resources in my physical health even more than usual.
In fact, today I’m heading to a health retreat to focus on my healing.
Anytime we say yes when we know better. Anytime we brush something off that’s important.
And, anytime we slip, fall or have feedback life is trying to support your growth.
We don’t get ungrounded for no reason the more awareness you bring to the big and the little stuff, the more inspired and fulfilled you will be along the way.
Here’s to you honoring yourself, your physical body and connecting to the feedback you’re being given in your own life.
With love
Laurin
