My favorite way to start the day is with a smoothie
Here’s a list of the ingredients I usually use:
Mixture of greens (romaine, spinach, kale or whatever your favorites are)
Sprouts (broccoli, clover, alfalfa, lentil…)
Avocado
Cucumber
Base (water, green juice, non-dairy milk)
Herbs and extras (optional add-ons)
Protein powder
Acai Berry
Handful of berries
Any other produce or powders you have around the house are great to add in as well. My smoothie is pretty similar every day, but the amounts vary based on what I have around, and my mood.
