How connected to being in your flow daily are you?
Here are a few questions for you as a check-in:
- How attuned have you been to what’s aligned for you?
- Are you making things happen or feeling at ease with what you’re creating?
- Have you been noticing subtle energies, information, inspirations?
- Do you have a practice that helps you connect to your flow?
- Do your daily habits/rituals support the vibration you hold or desire to have?
- Do you notice conversations where your energy and creativity are higher?
- Do you notice conversations when your energy drops?
- Do you fall into a lower vibration or do you consciously hold yourself accountable to more?
I’ve been intentionally cultivating experiences and holding myself accountable to a new way of being to up-level my energy, consistency and access to my flow and aligned opportunities. I’ve been refining so much about what it truly takes day-to-day with limited time and new responsibilities in my life while still desiring the most fulfilled, inspired and present version of myself.
Following your flow means noticing, listening and choosing it.
Noticing what creates inspired energy and purpose for you. Where does your creativity start to flow?Where do synchronicities show up?
Listening means hearing subtle messages, saying something you want and creating space to receive answers. Knowing when you’re in your knowing vs. trying to make something work.
Choosing your flow means discipline, rituals, new habits and holding yourself accountable to raise your vibration.
When you’re truly in a state of flow, what’s aligned for you moves forward with ease.

You go from making things happen or feeling a tension to feeling freedom even in the work.
Here is a key distinction that took me over a decade to fully understand and see.
There is a difference between effortless, inspired work and the overwhelm that comes from making something work.
It all comes back to are you following these three habits: Noticing, listening and choosing.
Be willing to follow your knowing.
When something is almost right but then falls short, it’s ok to let it go. When your inspiration drops, check in. Sometimes there are fears and sometimes it’s feedback there is an even better option out there for you.
If you stay solid on who you are as a being you will trust yourself. You won’t settle for less than what’s meant for you. You won’t feel pressure to rush your timing.
Of course, sometimes it’s easy to want so many things, but deep down you know what’s in your flow for now and helps you feel at ease vs. tense and overstretched. I know I’ve been working through this and finally feeling solid in these knowings and how it’s unfolding for me in my life. I want that for you too because the freedom, ease and opportunity it brings are expansive.
Hold the vision of what you want and step confidently into what’s in flow for you now.
It’s ok for it to take time. It’s ok to remember you have everything you need in this very moment.
Find Your Gratitude. Be in Your Flow. Embrace Your Purpose.
Lots of love,
Laurin x
