The life you desire and feel calling you truly does come down to your commitment to yourself and the systems you choose to create.
It can feel impossible to step into the best version of yourself when you feel like you’re being swayed into everything and everyone that asks for time and attention.
Life can get pretty full for all of us and if you’re in your head about everything you want to get done and all the things that keep you busy without a true vision–it’s impossible to be present to what you truly desire.

It’s challenging to stay focused without a clear vision and it’s even more challenging to hold clear and loving boundaries that serve you, what you love and others.
I find when I’m unclear or just let my day or week happen, I feel so much less clear, inspired and fulfilled. I started feeling that way yesterday and I had to remind myself to snap out of it. To refocus, to remind myself that I can reprioritize.
I went through these questions below I’m offering you today.
I invite you to grab your journal and take a few minutes to get present in your body and move through the following questions as an invitation to inquire and maybe make some helpful shifts.
Let’s look at your level of choice and your commitment.
Choice:
- Do you consider your life one of your choosing? If not, in what way?
- What are you tolerating (the big and the small stuff)?
- What is something you wish or would love to have time for but maybe feel like it’s out of reach or have that list of excuses why you can’t?
- What would have to happen for you to create this time for what you want?
- What does your ideal day look like?
- On a scale of 1-10, how much personal freedom to create your day do you have?
- Are you intentionally creating and filling your time with what lights you up and inspires you daily?
Commitment:
- When you’re feeling off, do you have tools to own your space and get present?
- Do you have consistent discipline to choose the habits and rituals that help you feel full and alive?
- Do you say yes to what’s comfortable or what helps you expand?
- When you have something important set aside for yourself, do you waiver if someone wants that time from you?
- How clear are you with your boundaries: time, emotional and energetic?
- How loving are you with yourself each day?
- On a scale of 1-10 how much do you trust yourself? If you say you’re going to do something, do you follow-through or reschedule? This could be in any area of life…take this question as far as you’d like.
